The Young Republican kicking a female while she is being held to the ground is at about 1:16 in the video
Other than Deryk there were at least two other suspects.

Another Deryk Schlessinger unsolved mystery ?

Deryk Schlessinger was never cleared for the rape, murder, pedophilia (WARNING) MySpace either. From The Santa Barbara Independent:
"When Independent.com repackaged and localized LaPlante’s story on May 22, it became one of our most emailed and widely read articles to date."
An interesting side note is that the popular article and news story was almost completely blacklisted from media. It appears to be a pattern with the Schlessingers. For the RNC video it would have been easy to present a photo of Deryk, if that wasn't him everyone would have seen that right away. Instead, Sanchez was contacted with accusations that it was Scott Robinson, although Scott wasn't there. It seems Deryk likes to implicate others, for the pedophilic MySpace the Army cleared the "enemies" (research these accusations), that left Deryk and friends as the main suspects.
